Breaking the ToothFairy Bank and Trust.

I think it was his third this month. Poor kid can hardly chew.

More randomness

BBQ at my aunts house.
We made smores with the biggest marshmellows I have ever seenYou can tell how big it was by looking at the prongs on the roaster. It took two to hold the thing while it cooked. Rebekah was in heaven. Notice the nicely browned color of the mellow. She got that fabulous technique from me.

And Ethen's wishful thinking! Don't know why but the hair cutting always seems to turn into some sort of show at our house. Mohawks and skunks and all other sorts of things. Just glad it all washed off.

A little girl and her dream

A promise from her daddy.
-Keep your room clean for one month (feb). Check
-Earn all the money for paraphernalia (cage, toys, food, bedding, chew sticks, treats, animal itself). Check

Presenting

RUBY THE HAMSTER (it would have been Rhino but they didn't have any boys)

I think she has a nicer house than mine!
All told, with everything she bought, Rebekah spent about $70 in the last 4 months to get ready for her new addition. A bit ridiculous how all of the sudden she had a little "baby" to take care of. She feeds it carrots everyday and makes sure to pet and play with her and put her in her ball to run around.

The boys are fascinated by her as well and I caught Sam shoving handfuls of treats into the cage.
I of course "STRONGLY" objected to the purchase of the rodent, but I was out voted. How can you argue with a constantly clean room?
When we brought her home and put her in her cage for the first time, I got my dues for being so willing to compromise.
The dumb thing bit me hard enough to draw blood!
