Oh my Lovely

Just got a peak at the Team Alice shirts.
Totally stoked. I can't wait to get mine next week.
If you see someone wearing one, tell them Hi for me, (unless it is me, then you can just say hi).
Woot Woot
Go Team Alice.

Thanks a TON!

Rebekah's Favorite store.
I decided that it was time for her to start wearing cami's underneath her shirts (for obvious almost 10 year old reasons), so we went and picked some out the other day.
We forgot the 40% off coupon we got in the mail, so I had to come back another day to get them. I went Monday while school was in.
Rebekah was really excited because she had another coupon for a free gift for me and one for her so she made sure that I didn't forget to get her gift bag.
I just put the sack of clothes and gift bags in her room so that she could see them when she got home.
After her friends went home she asked me about her gift bag. She said she didn't understand what it was so I went into her room to find two bags of Always samples, with pads and tampons open all over her bed. She just didn't get what they were.
I had already planned on having a conversation with her about the cami's so what is one more subject right. She was really curious and kept asking me questions. So yep, she got a talk about the deep dark red demon that visits every month.
Sweetness!
After she had tried on the cami's and the questions seemed to be ebbing, she said in a sweet little voice.
"Ahhh, your little girl is growing up!"
I'd like to thank the wonderful people at Justice for providing me with this opportunity. I couldn't have done it without you.
Tip; Don't take free stuff unless you know what is in it.

New Moon Monday

Just for Leslie (who is out of town anyway)
Sorry I have been slacking, but Twilight has taken a back seat lately to the other stuff going on in life.
I know, sit down before you fall down. But being YW president seems to be kicking my fandango.
Anyway, I am struggling with posting the trailer to my blog, even though I finally got it on my facebook so I am sending you all over to Heidi's Blog. She rocks and know WAY more about what is going on than I do.

That should help you get your fix.

Never AGAIN

Just because it was the same campsite where Rebekah fell in the fire three years ago, doesn't mean that we needed to have another accident there.
On Friday evening while preparing dinner, Sam tripped and fell in the campfire. Luckily it was just ashes where he landed but even then after seeing the skin coming off on his palm, we decided it was going to need an ER visit.
After a quick blessing (screaming all the way) and bandaging and an hour long drive through the canyon we arrived at the Price hospital. Sam was too tired to cry by then and we even got him laughing while waiting for the doctor.
Luckily they were only 2nd degree burns and he wasn't worried about the black plastic that had attached itself to his thumb on one hand. We wrapped them up, covered them with latex gloves and went back up the mountain.
By the following morning, you couldn't even tell he was hurt. He was completely back to normal and running around throwing rock and playing in the dirt.
This is after two days in gloves so he is a little wrinkled.
Sorry about the gore.

2009 Bow Hunt

In no particular order.
The annual Buchmiller-Stewart Archery Hunt was held up at Gooseberry this year. Of course we were missing the Stewarts because the PUNKS decided to move to West Virginia!
Opening afternoon, since no one killed anything (never do on that day) The boys pulled out the horseshoes and had a contest. I can't remember laughing that hard at camp for a while.
everyone was being hilarious. Clayton had never played before so it was fun to watch everyone try and make him mess up.

The best thing for the kids was that is was moth mating season. They spent so much time catching "butterflies" in the bug net. Funny thing-they always seemed to find two at a time.
Fishing Gooseberry.
Patsy and Greg brought up a raft which was a hit with the kids. I think Erik is digging for gold there.

I didn't get any pics of Claytons deer, so I will post those later.

Still Living

Sorry
I know you all think I have died or something because I am not even posting New Moon stuff lately.
I went to girls camp, came home for a week and now am in full Bow Hunt mode.
Lotsa Lotsa Stress about work, home and callings, but life is okay.
I will post more after life slows down and the kids get back in school.
Love ya all.
