Update

Captain's Log Stardate 0114.09
Yesterday went off without a hitch. I read with the kids, kept the house clean all day and did a few clutter projects. I also avoided a nap for the second day in a row. After a long day of being a mom, I returned to the Legacy Center to make some more preparations for the upcoming Health Fair. With only four days to go I feel like we are getting to crunch time. I managed to keep my language under control the entire night even with Jr. Jazz chaos and spent a few minutes exercising with Emilio about 10:30. After I had helped Jamie type up a rather long incident report (she types about two words a minute) we started to close down the building. Laurie reminded me that I forgot to clock out while I exercised and I slipped up. I only had 27 more minutes to go before I could claim two days in a row without swearing. Jamie and Laurie took the opportunity to laugh rather hard at me. I deserved it.
Looking forward to trying again today and making my goal once more.

Just keep working on it! It gets easier with time. It's more of a habit than anything else. I am proud of you though!

Lost of changes in our family, how do you count the ways... 1.Bryon got released from the Bishopric. 2.I got put in as YW President...Again. 3.Bryon started an EMT class 3 nights a week. 4. I had back surgery in August for one of 3 problems that have been plaguing me all year. 5.Rebekah turned 13. The Secret is Out

Seriously I wanted to wait until at least 15 weeks, maybe even longer to let the word out, but the kids and Bryon wanted to tell the world that I was pregnant. So I did the only 21 Century thing to do when you have something to say. I posted it on Facebook . Now it isn't that I am not excited about this one. I am. There were just a lot of things that played into keeping it private for a while. 1st- It is the 4 th . Seriously, who cares right?? 2 nd - Other people we love are on there first, way more important. 3rd-The issues with my lungs still hasn't been completely resolved, but when the OB told me I should probably wait, it was already too late. 5 weeks too late. 4 th -After a friend lost her own baby so close to delivery, it really seemed like a bad time. It is always good to count your blessings. Especially when you have a day like today. So let the counting begin. 1)Car-glad I have one so I can take my kids wherever and go shopping when needed and to collect all the food, dirt, shoes, jackets, homework makeup games and toys the kids don't need right away. 2)Peace-Jack is really good in the shopping cart so I can take a long time with a big shopping list. 3)Coupons-We have saved a ton of money since discovering how to use them. 4)School-My kids go to a great one, so it was okay that I couldn't pull out all the stuff I wanted to use coupons on that the cashier didn't scan and repay for them because Sam was getting out of kindergarten. 5)Lunchables-so no lunch was actually prepared 6)Porch-Ours is a nice size so when I dropped the apples while unloading groceries only one of them made it to the end and fell in the dirt. 7)Friends-Mine and the kids.
