I hate to advertise here, but I think if I don't mention it you Twilight Fans on my journal might be pissed at me! If you are a fan keep reading, if not just skip it. So, I'm sure as you know the DVD comes out Saturday, and lots of places are doing midnight release parties, in fact all Hot Topic store will be staying open late and having a Twilight party with raffles, prizes for all and of course you get to pick up your DVD at midnight. All you have to do is pre-order your copy before Friday at 9pm at a Hot Topic.
That's the boring part, here's where it gets good. The South Towne Hot Topic where I work is one of the top Twilight stores. Well the other day my District Manager came in and said that some one special was going to be in our store Friday night for the party and we had to had to add like 4 extra shifts today to get the store ready for it, but she did not know who it was going to be. Plus my REGIONAL Manager will also be in store for it. At this point I wasn't too concerned I thought who knows who it could be, it might just even be a person from headquarters or something.
Well, today the head people at my mall came into the store freaking out saying they got an email from the Twilight people that an actor from the movie will be appearing in a store in Utah and a store in Houston. They came in wondering if we knew if it was going to be our store. My assistant was like "oh yeah, it's got to be our store because we are doing all this stuff to get ready for a surprise visitor that night". Now the mall is freaking out about what they are going to do about security for it and all that. I'm just pissed that no one can confirm it because I want to sell more pre-sales if we can say who it's going to be! AHHH!
So, to all Twilight fans reading this someone from the movie will be at my store Friday night, just come in and pre-order the movie before Friday 9pm to ensure you can come and meet them.
Sorry to everyone else not interested in this, but seriously if I didn't say something I would feel like a jerk!

I had a dream about your party!!! If Trent weren't going out of town I would have tried to make it. Bummer. HAve fun and enjoy it all!! Thanks for the invite.
